There is a great stigma associated with lice. Being told your child has lice is, for many, tantamount to being told that you have failed as a parent. This is false. Lice has nothing to do with cleanliness, your ability to run a functional household or anything else about the real you. It is simply contracted through close head to head contact. Please depersonalize the lice experience from who you really are as a person. For lice treatment center on the solution, not the judgement.
